artisanal sourdough highlighting Colorado grains

our story
We began this journey with a 30+ year old Italian sourdough starter- our “mamma” and a deep appreciation for good bread.
With a background in nutrition, we wanted more from our daily bread than what typical store-bought flour offers. By sourcing from local farms and focusing on long fermentation, we create breads that are more flavorful, nourishing, and easier to digest.

our menu: focaccia
Inspired by the streets of Bisceglie (Puglia), our focaccia is a perfect summer meal on its own. Featuring good quality extra virgin olive oil, Colorado-sourced grains, local cherry tomatoes, and oregano- its quite craveable! (Ask our friends!)

heirloom sourdough loaf
This loaf highlights alternating heirloom varieties depending on seasonality and availability. Each bringing its own unique nutty, toasty, sweet, robust and complex flavor profile. Turkey red, cheyenne red, mediterranean soft red, rustic red are a few of our favorites!

white wheat sourdough boule
The boule highlights white Colorado grains to create a more neutral, softer and more delicate bread. Perfect for bruschetta or pairing with charcuterie and soup/salad!
